Matthew S. Fox is a regulatory lawyer who represented and advised the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada (“PUCN”) on energy law, governance issues, and other matters for over ten years during three administrations (Governors Sandoval (R), Sisolak (D), and Lombardo (R)).  He represented the PUCN in numerous appeals, including, among other things, successfully arguing the landmark case Southwest Gas Corp. v. Pub. Utilities Comm’n of Nev before the Nevada Supreme Court (en banc).  Mr. Fox also serves as president and general counsel for tech startup and cannabis delivery solutions company Arrival LLC, which operates in three states.  He also serves on the State Bar’s Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board and as a volunteer judge for the Truancy Diversion Program administered by the Eighth Judicial District Court.Mr. Fox received his J.D. from UNLV’s Boyd Law School and his B.A. in Political Science from UNLV.  He is admitted to practice in Nevada.
