David really came through for me! I was grossly overcharged by a car rental company, after a horrendous experience (agreeing to pay $200 and being charged $1500!!!). After my own multiple attempts to rectify the matter failed, David spearheaded communication with the company and was able to get me the full amount back - I didn't pay anything!!!
