Paige Hillegass is an attorney in the firm’s transactional practice, where she represents clients in complex corporate, healthcare, and real estate matters. She provides full-service healthcare counsel, including practice management and physician services arrangements, regulatory compliance, contracting, and operations. Her commercial practice includes structuring and negotiating business and management agreements, entity formations, mergers, and acquisitions. She also advises clients on commercial real estate matters such as leasing, development, land use, and management issues.
 
Paige joined the firm as a law clerk and has been practicing as an attorney since 2024. She earned dual concentrations in Health Law and Business & Commercial Law from the William S. Boyd School of Law, where she served as President of the Health Law Society. While in law school, she externed at University Medical Center, represented tenants in eviction proceedings through the Tenant’s Rights Legal Residency, and received the CALI Award for excellence in Employee Benefits.
 
Ms. Hillegass is a proud Nevadan whose family has been in Las Vegas since the 1950s. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Terrestrial Resource Management and Environmental Science from the University of Washington, Seattle, where she also served as a student member of the University Disciplinary Committee.
