Peter C. Walsh

Peter C. Walsh is of counsel to the firm. Mr. Walsh is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Ameristar Casinos, Inc., a multi-jurisdictional gaming company based in Las Vegas. He was previously Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of MGM MIRAGE and Assistant General Counsel of Mirage Resorts Incorporated. Prior to joining Mirage Resorts, Mr. Walsh practiced corporate and securities law at Hughes Hubbard & Reed in Los Angeles. He has represented issuers and underwriters in approximately 50 public offerings of equity and debt securities representing total financing of $5 billion. Mr. Walsh is a 1981 graduate of UCLA School of Law (Summa Cum Laude), where he was a member of the UCLA Law Review and selected to the Order of the Coif. He is a 1977 graduate of Loyola Marymount University (Summa Cum Laude).
